Zenvy Nepal follows a No Return Policy. Once a product has been successfully delivered, returns are not accepted for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong product
No longer needing the product
Personal preference regarding color, size, or design
Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images before placing an order.
A replacement may be provided only under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged during delivery.
The wrong product has been delivered.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Essential parts or accessories are missing from the package.
To qualify for a replacement:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included.
Replacement requests will not be approved for:
Physical damage caused after delivery.
Improper use, mishandling, or negligence.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by water, fire, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Requests made after the 24-hour reporting period.
Contact Zenvy Nepal within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order details and photo/video evidence.
Our team will review the request.
If approved, a replacement product will be arranged.
If the issue is caused by Zenvy Nepal or a manufacturing defect, replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
If the claim is found invalid, additional shipping charges may apply.
